HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
The successful candidate will be involved in the full aspect of HRM activities and should fulfill the following requirements :
- Male / Female, age max 45 yeart old
- S1 graduate in Psychology or law from reputable university
- Possess min 5 years experience in similiar field
- Having good knowledge of Labor Law and its implementation
- Having sufficient Human Resources Integrated System (HRIS) knowledge
- Having excellent human relation skill & capable to handel personal issues
- Highly self-motivated, self-initiative, independent & positive attitude
- Good leadership & strong verbal and written communication skills
